Honest note on charts: Ring size charts vary by up to half a size between jewellers. Always confirm your size in millimetres — inner diameter or circumference — with the jeweller you are buying from before you order.
Guidance for women
- Most common: US 6–7. Size 6 is the single most bought women's size in the US.
- Slim bands sit looser: a thin engagement band can feel half a size looser than a wide band of the same marked size.
- Stacking rings: if several rings will share one finger, consider going up half a size for comfort.
- Seasons matter: fingers swell in heat and shrink in cold — measure at room temperature, end of day.
